Taiga  is a special education school located in a landscaped tower in the district of Sarriá, for boys, girls and young people from 3 to 21 years old, who need high support to carry out their learning.

Taiga shares some objectives with the most important schools: to meet the necessary conditions for all students to progress, allowing access to an adult life with the highest level of autonomy that enables the abilities and aptitudes of each one.

Taiga is distinguished from other schools by targeting students who have significant limitations in normal development and who are characterized by significantly below average intellectual functioning, presenting alongside associated limitations in adaptive areas of daily life.
Taiga meets all the requirements of physical spaces contained in Decree 299/1997.

TAIGA HAS BEEN APPROVED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF CATALONIA THE CURRICULAR MODIFICATIONS FOR INFANT, PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOLS.
