INOUT Hostel  is a Special Work Center for hotels and restaurants opened in 2005 by Icaria Social Initiatives, a non-profit organization.

INOUT HOSTEL is located in Barcelona, in its privileged natural park with a metro station (zone 1) 300 meters uphill to reception. It offers almost 200 beds in shared rooms for four, six and ten people.

It shares some objectives with the main companies in the tourism sector: to offer the best customer service and generate a sufficient level of resources to obtain profits, obtaining customer satisfaction scores above 80%.

INOUT HOSTEL is the first hospitality service in Europe where 90% of its workforce is made up of workers with disabilities, mostly intellectual.

INOUT HOSTEL IS A COMPLETE TOURIST COMPLEX FORMED BY THREE BUILDINGS LOCATED IN 25 HECTARES OF GARDENS AND FORESTS IN THE COLLSEROLA NATURAL PARK.

INOUT HOSTEL offers its clients a wide range of services:

• Accommodation, all rooms face the Park and are sunny: 10, 6 and 4 beds. The large rooms have ten beds separated from each other by a wooden partition, in spacious modules with 2 and 4 beds to give you more privacy.

• Free services, we offer computers and free Wi-Fi, left-luggage service, swimming pool and bicycle, car and bus parking.

• Restaurant, we offer half board or full board, from Monday to Friday we have a menu of the day with three dishes to choose from and on weekends and holidays, we have a menu with eight dishes to choose from.

• Multi-purpose rooms, suitable for training seminars: conferences, work groups, conferences, "show rooms", brainstorming...

• Catering and services for events, we offer catering for all kinds of events: for business meetings, anniversary parties, weddings, bachelor parties, baptisms, first communions.

• INOUTdoor activities, a very varied offer.

• INOUT FOODS, new craft kitchen.
